2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order confirmation or Paddle receipt. We will respond within 2 business days.

You may also request a refund directly through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, using the receipt you received by email after purchase.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
