2. Data We Collect

When you purchase access to Patagonia Forecast, we collect the following information:

Email address — provided at checkout. Used solely to deliver your PIN access code and any relevant service communications (e.g. expiry reminders).

Payment data — processed entirely by Paddle (our payment provider). We do not store, handle, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment details. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.

PIN usage data — we record the activation date and expiry of your PIN to enforce the 10-day validity period. No usage analytics or personal tracking is performed within the app.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used for the following purposes only:

· To deliver your PIN access code after purchase.

· To respond to support requests you initiate.

· To send critical service notifications (e.g. major service interruptions).

We do not send marketing emails or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing by Paddle

All payment transactions are handled by Paddle.com, which serves as the Merchant of Record for our sales. Paddle collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. GeoForestal Patagonia SpA does not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by Chilean law or as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. transactional emails via our email provider).

6. Data Retention

Your email address and PIN record are retained for up to 12 months after your access expires, after which they are deleted from our systems.

Patagonia Forecast uses a single session cookie strictly necessary for login functionality. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
